I am trying to change my life and the lives of others around me. There are so many people out there that need help that are in trouble, and I believe that I can aid them, but I have to have the right tools to make this happen. Yes, I realize you can also make a lot of money doing short sales and real estate. But my goal is also to create some temporary homes for people who are down on their luck, people that need help. A homeless person, maybe someone who needs protection (battered women), someone who just needs to “get away” from the rigamoroll of daily life for a little while, but can’t afford the place to go. I also have a passion for the aspca, and trying to ensure that no animal gets euthanized unless its absolutely necessary..so a lot of money and perhaps some facilities could be set up to house/board unwanted pets. At age 62 I am looking to get into realestate full time. This will be a second career. while this may sound crazy, my mom is now 98 years old and managed a full time career till her mid 80s when she retired to do volunteer work. Hi Gerald. My name is David Grear. I am a 26 year old guy that just moved to AZ from MI. I have a strong desire to invest in RE and make big money. I would love to contribute more than time to these organizations as funding is always an issue. Finally, I have parents that are in their mid-60s. I want to provide the best senior adult environment for my parents and my mother in-law as they age. I want to be able to take care of my children and the elderly in my family, this is what is my motivation. I have been trying to make the switch by just trial and error, and little bits of advice from many investors. I have a basic knowledge on investing, and have worked with a few investors on some deals, but lack the financial capital to do what they are doing. It looks like this system will give me a blueprint to success I feel, and if I had the money readily available, would not be asking for it at no charge. I am a Realtor in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze, Florida. I have been selling Real Estate since 2005 in this area. Recently, I went to contract on my first Foreclosure for personal use. I sold the home to the previous owner for $253,000 and am closing on Wednesday on this home for only $158,000. ARV is about $200,000. I work with a group of young men, who are interested in things that will keep them out of trouble. They have no positive male role models, so me and a partner take them in and help them with school, and respecting women, and themselves. It is a serious struggle, but we push forward anyway.

I’m a 49 year old husband and father of two. In 2004, I was in an accident where I suffered a broken back. Today, I am still disabled and my disability insurance has run out. Therefore, I am in a do or die situation now where I must find a regular income now or put the kids up on eBay.

Hey Gerald,

I’m not sure how many ways you could babble on on about how one would use your system, without babbling. Bottom line it’s a good piece of software with substance. It’s a good TOOL for your RE business. Having a good tool in the construction company I owned for fifteen years was worth it’s weight in gold. No tool is worth a plug nickle if you don’t implement it. Then there is knowing how to use it. I believe you have that aspect covered. For those that are beginners in this business (like me) it will help to minimize the fear of pulling the trigger with there business. Most people don’t want to admitt they have fears. This is typically what prevents success. My experiance with fear is that with good training and the right tools it is managed quiet easily. Then that fear actually turns into excitement. I ran hundreds of mission in Iraq as a medium machine gunner. Some of those in “Black” areas (attack is eminent). The training with my tools of the trade combined with good tactics created success and excitement. This is something that can be applied to every aspect of your life…..OK..I’m done babbling.

I believe I would be a great candidate for your system because I know it can work. In 2004 I bought a well known, well advertised system; let’s call it a “no money down” system. When I got divorced in DEC and realized my net worth was merely my 401k and a small savings account. Over the next year, 2005 and a couple months I put the system to work and bought almost 1 million dollars worth of real estate (998,000 dollars worth). One 4 unit town house building one commercial property and 5 single family homes. I had a better net worth on paper. I am a doer; this will not go on a shelf somewhere
.
In March of 2007 I lost a six figure job and you know what the economy did around the same time. My current income is one third what I used to make. In the last 6 months of 2008 I lost 5 of my single family houses in foreclosure.

I have spent every dime I had in savings and my 401k over the last year trying to keep my house (I live in the commercial building) and my ex wife’s house. You see When I married my ex wife at 25 (she was 27) in 1996 she had 2 daughters one 5 year old and one 9 month old who’s father had pretty much deserted them. I consider them my daughters and they consider me Dad. When we got divorced my ex could not afford a 3 bedroom apt so she rented a 2 bedroom and had my youngest sleeping on an air mattress on the floor in the living room. She had to wait for everyone else to go to bed so she could blow up her mattress and go to sleep then get up the next morning, put her mattress away and get ready for school. I couldn’t handle this so I bought them a three bedroom house with my no money down technique. That house is currently under loan mortification. I can’t lose that house, I will lose mine first. My ex deserves me getting the system for free as well, she is now raising her Niece and Nephew because their mother went to jail for running a meth lab. I will lose my house on the 31st of March if I can not pay back the 8500 dollars in back taxes from 2006. My IT Security consulting company has been hit hard by the economy, and we are being forced to lay off our entire staff, except for 3 founding partners. I dont know the entire system’s capabilities, but from what i saw it would streamline and automate/systematize the entire work process. You could have a (justified) professional contract typed up and faxed or emailed within a few mins, with comps & repair costs with a sales letter to boot!!

I was from out of state and was doing this project in Kansas City, MO while living in Petaluma, CA. I got a call from my rehabber that he needed an additional $4,000 for wiring problems and then didn’t complete the rest of the items on the signed contract and would not return phone calls from me, the wholesaler and a real estate agent that I called in despair who had heard that he had burned 2 other investors locally. I found myself out funds to complete the additional $10,000 to bring this project to a completion and able to realize an ARV of $175,000 and be able to qualify this property for Sec. 8 standards as well as FHA homebyuyer assistant programs in order to move on to another project using this seed money.

I formed my company LLC to make a difference in our society in order to up lift deteriorating neighborhoods, and at the same time make money for myself to survive on & as well as additional revenues to be able to take on more of these most worthy projects.

My Mission Statement is all about “Recycling Homes for a New Generation” as well as providing quality housing for first time homebuyers; participating in the revitalization areas; helping re-establish neighborhoods that have been neglected and have deteriorated driving down the home values and fostering crime and undermining the feeling of pride of ownership and pride of their community neighborhoods. The neighborhood that I targeted was in the revitalization zone as well as on an historic landmark site. I have seen them all and yours still sits head and shoulders above everyone elses—even before I saw all of the new stuff that you have added. I was tired of working 60 to 70 hours per week as a commissioned salesman just to have my boss tell me that “I was making too much money!?” 55k IS NOT TOO MUCH MONEY not for working that hard! Anyway I am a part-time Dad on Wednesdays and every weekend with my three samll kids and I am still working for $10/hour to keep the lights on and the mortgage paid. I want to do at least one little flip per week to get out of the rat-race and away from the rats!!! The VERY FIRST thing that I’m going to do with my first check is have it framed and hung in my living room (that will be my “shut-up” check) to show all of the friends and family that the “black sheep/dreamer” finally did something he said he was going to do. THEN, I am going to show my grown boys how to do this, because they are out there working 40,50 or 60 hours per week, falling into the same trap that I’ve been in all of my life. I am 52 and want to have some money to enjoy life before it’s too late and be able to spread some around to friends and family (the ones that weren’t to hard on me AND give some to some charities that need it too. I’ve been partially blind for the past 14 years and I’ve been looking for something like this that I could do from home to better my life as well as the lives of others who are like me. Hi Gerald, I been in and out of realetate for the last few years taking many courses but have not done my first deal yet. After reading so many posts that seem so deserving, I’m having a hard time writing this post. I, like everyone else on here, found so much useful information in just your videos. We have several other investors that send their short sales in San Antonio to us to handle. We get them approved after at least 20 hours of work finding comps, doing inspections, and faxing multiple packages to mortgage loss mitigators (if you can even get the loss mitigator on the phone). All the while, I spend a lot of time calming the homeowners down when they get constant letters from the mortgage company. We are definitely a full service investment company. Your software will take so much time off what we already spend helping people. I would love to win the free software, but even if I don’t I will most likely buy it when it becomes available (with my tax refund). My husband spends a lot of time talking with banks and after I told him about your information and video, he was “stoked” to say the least. We have been doing short sales for the a year and this year, we are hoping to be handling a lot more. We already own 3 businesses so we aren’t looking to get away from a “JOB”, but we do have 2 teenagers that need college funds and we need a retirement plan for ourselves. I have looked at real estate courses as a viable business to enter because my health is not as it should be. It is becoming very hard to go to work all day and have any energy to spend time with my five children 10 years old and younger.

If you said that to me a year ago, I may have not fully understood what this mean. However, after working my real estate business for a year, I completely understand what you mean today.

I’m an active California Real Estate Broker. I come across so many scenarios that everyone is trying to sell to fulfill people dreams. Unfortunately, you and I know that most of them will not work because they are too complicated, old information, not really possible for the average person. Four years ago my wife and I lost her home, she owned prior to meeting me, to a sibling of mine that is a real estate agent. I was naive to many facets of real estate and seeked her advice on how to avoid losing the home (which payment was only at the time 40 odd days late).
